About Me:

Most managers are great at putting out “fires” that occur
at our workplaces in our services to nations and regions
or sectors. Some of us as consultants help people do
so and measure their performance.
I focus my work with teams in identifying what's causing
these "fires" to return despite efforts and resources to
put them out. At this stage, there is no "magic bullet" to
put them down. Unfortunately, that is the bad news.
The good news is the teams will learn the "how-tos" to
collaboratively turn these issues around. For good. This
act will be successful at reversing long-term effects and
reducing immediately the ongoing efforts and resources
needed to correct them. This work is targetted at
sectoral, national and regional strategy planning
platforms.
I offer consulting in the area of strategy development
planning for national issues both as a trainer and
facilitator of the team using the tools and works of "The
Fifth Discipline".
An experience spanning two decades, I assist these
organizations build learning organizations. This subject
becomes key to leadership and strategy development in
the public and political sector. More here from my
weekly newspaper column articles.
In particular, the work will pay attention to developing
three core leadership processes teams undertake
collectively to become leaders of a learning organization.
