I offer consulting in the area of systemic development of national strategies and I do so by being a trainer of and
facilitator in the use of the tools and works of "The Fifth Discipline". I have been doing so for close to the past two
decades and I enjoy it very much. In the process, I assist public sector organizations build learning organizations and
assist members learn to develop systemic strategies to deal with persistent issues facing their nation.
Been in this field since 1996. I use the philosophy and the methodology as espoused by Dr Peter Senge in his
publication: The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of Learning Organizations in working with intact teams. I work
with persons aspiring to be leaders keen to learn, understand and work with their systemic challenges (rather than
'push' them away) and wishes to create teams willing to become organizations that continually enhance their own
capacities to create outcomes members truly want. This subject becomes key to leadership and strategy development
in the public sector.
In particular, the work pays attention to three core processes teams undertake collectively to learn to become leaders
of a learning organization. These are:
- Learning to build and lead teams inspired to produce outcomes that matter through their personal and
shared aspirations (Personal Mastery and Shared Vision).

The intention I hold is working with people
to build capacities in the understanding
and use of the five disciplines of Peter
Senge’s work, the Art and Practice of
Learning Organizations in leadership
teams particularly within the government
system.
On acquiring the skills and sensibilities,
the team can expect to take today into
anytime in the future to become the great
team of tomorrow producing the results
they really care to create for themselves
and the country.
Any uninspired thoughts, pseudo-
harmony and uninspired workspaces by
officers and the citizens become a thing of
the past.
